    As you have clearly mentioned thinking about the happiness of the temporary employees is really important because training of employees will cost a lot for the organization. if the organization can think of the wellbeing of the temporary employees, they will tend to look in to ways of getting settled down with the organization and that will give advantage to the company of having an experienced employee who required less training. Rewarding them well for the short time period they work, will motivate them to introduce the organization as a great place to work(Baloch, 2009).

  2. Hi. Temporary employment is where you are required to work on a flexible, temporary basis. This allows a company to hire a candidate to complete a specific project or recover a busy period. There are two different types of temporary work, however both work under the same premise that the employee is not a permanent member of staff. Some employers may be reluctant to hire temporary employees, however there are huge benefits in doing so that can save you time, money and resources.
