ethical behavior in your organization

employees when they succeed

of motivation and build a feeling of resentment in your employees

you communicate with your employees

Ensure that the mode of
evaluation is the same for all employees
·
Avoid spending too much time
with a particular employee
·
Conduct regular meetings
with all employees

Implement a process that
allows employees to report bias
·
Provide proper reasons for
every decision involving employees

ReplyDeleteHi,
DeleteThe negativity in a workplace is a common timely problem that all the employees face. This is caused due to various stereotype in the workplace who tend to create the negativity. Employees are not willing to work in an environment which will increase the employee turnover. Turnover negatively affects the working environment and also results in negative implications (Rizwan, Arshad, Munir, Iqbal, & Hussain, 2014;Surji, 2013). To overcome this as you have mentioned it is the best to communicate and trust the employee which will make them feel confident on what they do.
